Board of Directors

As an Independent School, we are managed by a Board of Directors who work closely with our School Principal and Executive Team.  The Executive Team are supported by the Senior Leadership Team who represent all aspects of school operations.

We introduce our Board of Directors below:

Rod Dally

Rod is a Kilmore resident and retired local business man.  Rod has been part of the school community since 2014, when he joined the Board of Directors.  He takes great pride in the school and the quality of education it offers students.

Rod, a Vietnam veteran, is also the President of the Kilmore Wallan RSL sub branch and Secretary of the Kilmore Fire Brigade.

Rod considers the most important part of his role is to create a sense of connection and community.

Michael Rowland
BComm Melb, DipEd Monash, BEd LaTrobe, FACE

Michael has had a long, extensive engagement with education in various dimensions including teaching in secondary schools and at University; leading curriculum, teacher and school leadership development; and developing business initiatives associated with education. He has comprehensive experience in school review and improvement.  As an independent consultant he has undertaken numerous school improvement briefs for school governance authorities.

Michael was Executive Director of the Victorian Commercial Teachers Association 1994 – 2005; Executive Director of National Curriculum Services 1986 – 2005. He had a long and strategic association with the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) and its predecessors as Convenor of the Business Studies area and Deputy Convenor of Humanities/SOSE.  He is a Fellow of the Australian College of Educators.

Greg Stute

Born and raised in the Kilmore district, Greg has worked in the area for over 30 years. Having owned and operated a stock and station agency, construction, manufacturing, and picture framing businesses, Greg offers a wealth of experience and skill.

Living locally also means being part of the community. Greg has volunteered time to a range of organisations, such as, Mitchell Rangers Soccer Club and the Kilmore Show. Greg is currently on the board of the Kilmore Racing Club, being a past Chairman, Vice Chairman and a Trustee of the Kilmore Racecourse and Recreation Reserve. He has recently celebrated 21 happy years of married life. Father to two boys, the weekends are busy with sport and family activities, however, Greg still makes time for his passion of wood turning and carving.

Anne Burke
BEd Monash, MEd Deakin

Anne began her professional career as a computer programmer then retrained and worked as an educator in IT and Digital Innovation across corporate, government and education sectors. Her five years designing education systems and virtual solutions at the Oracle Corporation, along with her training in CISCO networking, further enhance her detailed understanding of the wide spectrum of digital innovation in education. Anne has earned an outstanding reputation as an entrepreneurial educator with a broad understanding of education, IT, innovation, and digital transformation.

Lawrence Boyd

Lawrie has extensive experience in education. Previously, he was Principal of Broadford Secondary College.  Lawrie has served on committees of Kilmore Cricket Club (President), Kilmore Cricket and Recreation Reserve (Secretary) and Seymour District Cricket Association (President).

Lawrie’s community contributions extend outside of the cricket sphere as a Chairman of Kilmore Racing Club and long-serving Board member of the School.
