The Kilmore International School is an independent, non-denominational boarding and day School that caters for academically motivated students from Years 3 to 12, and all students complete an IB diploma in Years 11 and 12.

As a select entry School, applicants are required to sit an Entrance Assessment. The assessment takes up to two hours in duration. Our friendly Admissions Team will make all the necessary arrangements, suited to your child’s application.

Submit an Application for Enrolment
Applications are accepted for all Year levels throughout the year, however, please be aware that some year levels are at capacity.
Applications for entry can be submitted up to 2-3 years prior to the proposed entry year. A suitable date for our Entrance Assessment will be made according to your child’s age and proposed entry year.
Our Transition Programme operates late in Term 3 and into Term 4 in the year preceding commencement.
Applications are considered individually and are based on results from the Entrance Assessment, together with the student’s academic reports and associated materials.
Students who hold Australian citizenship, Australian residency or whose parents are business visa holders, are considered local applicants. A Domestic Application for Enrolment is to be submitted with the referenced materials and payment of the application fee. Each applicant is required to sit an Entrance Assessment.
In order to apply for a place as an International Student at The Kilmore International School, an International Enrolment Application Form must be filled out and submitted to the School along with associated materials. Each applicant is required to sit an Entrance Assessment which consists of English and Mathematics.
Our International Student Liaison Officer will assist with International applications.
All applicants are required to sit an Entrance Assessment, either sat in-house or utilising testing services. The assessment takes up to two hours in duration. Our friendly Admissions Team will make all the necessary arrangements, suited to your child’s application.
Meeting with the Principal
On the day of the assessment, or by other arrangement, your child will meet with the School Principal. Appointments may be made with specialist staff during the enrolment process.
Based on your child’s application, School reports, meeting with the Principal and assessment, a decision will be made as to whether a place is offered at The Kilmore International School or if a re-test may be required.
When an offer of enrolment is made, a signed Enrolment Form and a Security Deposit is required to confirm placement. Once payment has been received, formal confirmation of the place is provided.
